Shipping Coverage
Currently, Abyssal Glow ships across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your Pin Code. We reserve the right to cancel orders for locations that become unserviceable after the order has been placed.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of successful order placement and payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during promotional events may experience slight delays in processing.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:

Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across select locations.
An additional ₹80 COD handling fee will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Order Verification
For orders exceeding ₹5,000, our customer support team may contact the customer for verification before dispatching the order.
Failure to verify the order may result in delayed processing or cancellation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:

Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been placed.

Orders cannot be redirected to a different address after dispatch.
Undeliverable Locations
If a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, Abyssal Glow reserves the right to cancel the order.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make three (3) delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, our support team may contact you regarding re-shipment, which may attract additional shipping charges.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately based on warehouse availability.
In such cases:

Different products may arrive on different dates.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
