At Abyssal Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, returns and replacements are only accepted under specific circumstances.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • You received a missing or incomplete order.

  • You received an expired product.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging

  • Description of the issue

The damage, defect, incorrect product, or missing item must be clearly visible in the submitted photos and video.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as our shipping partners do not entertain damage-related investigations beyond this period.

Packaging Requirements

Any approved return must be sent back in:

  • Original product packaging

  • Original shipping box (where possible)

  • Safety packaging and inserts received with the order

Products returned without proper packaging may be deemed ineligible for return and may be shipped back to the customer.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product has been opened, used, or tested.

  • Product has been damaged after delivery.

  • Product suitability concerns.

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

  • Change of mind.

  • Customer ordered the wrong product.

  • Product texture, fragrance, finish, or formulation preferences.

  • Serial number, batch code, or product identification has been tampered with.

As skincare products work differently for every individual, Abyssal Glow does not provide refunds or replacements based on personal product performance expectations or skin compatibility concerns.

Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item and verify the claim.

If the claim is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost; or

  • A refund may be issued at Abyssal Glow's discretion.

If the claim is found to be invalid or the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, the product may be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately after placement to ensure quick dispatch.

Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once placed on the website.

Customers are advised to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.
